Tracy L. McDuffie Jr. is a distinguished attorney, author, and Christian leader, whose mission is to empower individuals to embrace their true potential and live a life of purpose.

McDuffie earned his bachelor of science in business from Florida State University and his doctorate of law from Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law, where he graduated cum laude as one of the top ten students in his graduating class. He has established himself as a trusted advocate in the legal field and was honored with the prestigious Rising Star Award at FAMU in 2015.

McDuffie lives with his wife and two young kids in Davenport, Florida. He is a proud member of the men’s ministry group Iron Sharpens Iron, where he enjoys leading and empowering other men through fellowship. In his spare time, he enjoys college football, spending time with his family, and volunteering with the Special Olympics, Elevate USA, and Sulzbacher Homeless Center.
